Job summary

Newmark Group, Inc. is seeking BAS technicians to troubleshoot, install, service or program building automation systems and assist in commissioning and servicing of building controls and facilities management.

You will program databases, calibrate systems, assist with GUIs, train client personnel, and monitor system performance to ensure operational efficiency. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in DDC/BAS startup and service, plus strong HVAC knowledge and pneumatic controls experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in DDC/BAS startup, checkout and service.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong HVAC and building automation knowledge.
• Experience with pneumatic controls.

Responsibilities

• Program databases to meet sequences of operation per standards.
• Calibrate and checkout control systems per specs.
• Assist graphics team for GUIs on projects.
• Train client personnel on BAS operation and energy routines.
• Monitor BAS performance and resolve issues.
