Qualifications

• 2–5 years of BAS, controls, HVAC, or automation experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform work on ladders and rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-to-point checkout of BAS control systems.
• Troubleshoot BAS hardware, software, and communication networks.
• Maintain accurate startup documentation and reports.

Skills

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics

Proficiency with computers and networking

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic understanding of HVAC systems

Education
