Job summary

Comprehensive Energy Services, Inc. is hiring a Building Automation Specialist II (BAS2) to diagnose, program, commission, and support industrial and commercial control systems.

You’ll work with project managers and CES teams, performing start-up and commissioning with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely delivery. The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in commercial controls, Niagara AX/N4 certification, and strong communication skills; a Florida driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of successful experience in commercial controls service or installation.
• Tridium Niagara AX or N4 certification required.
• HVAC knowledge preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a member of the Service Department Team to conduct controls servicing and commissioning promptly.
• Perform DDC control service and construction activities without direct supervision.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose/repair inoperative systems and devices.
• Program controllers and front-end equipment, including graphics and line code.
• Commission systems and perform point-to-point checks.
• Conduct point-of-work sales for added control services and upgrades.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operate it for company use.
