Qualifications

5+ years of Building Automation / Controls experience.
Strong experience with Siemens BAS (Desigo CC, Apogee, DXR) or JCI Metasys and/or Niagara.
Solid understanding of BACnet/IP, system integration and BAS networks.
Proven ability to troubleshoot controls logic and field devices.
Experience supporting commissioning, startup and project delivery.

Responsibilities

Install, commission, and support BAS systems across commercial projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex controls, integration, and network issues.
Modify and optimize control sequences, alarms, graphics, and system performance.
Support integration of third‑party systems (chillers, meters, power monitoring).
Perform functional testing, startup, and system validation.
Provide technical support to customers, including upgrades and enhancements.
Mentor junior technicians and support field teams as needed.
Maintain documentation including as-builts and system databases.
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and contractors from install through turnover.
