EMCOR Services Automated Controls, a division of DeBra-Kuempel, seeks a BAS Service Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and commissioning of building automation systems on-site and remotely.

You will manage service documentation, contract hours, and customer communication to ensure optimal system performance, with a focus on strong controls experience, technical expertise, and excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years in building automation/mechanical controls service preferred.
• Knowledge of control systems (AL, Tridium, Honeywell, Trane, JCI) preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communications skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled controls preventative maintenance.
• Startup/checkout/commissioning of BAS.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace BAS components.
• Provide remote support for BAS customers.
• Log maintenance tasks and generate service tickets.
• Coordinate with Service Team Lead for additional work.
