Edison Smart® seeks an experienced Building Automation Systems (BAS) Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of commercial BAS projects near Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role demands strong HVAC controls knowledge, proactive leadership, and a commitment to high-quality results while exceeding customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience).
• 5+ years of experience managing Building Automation Systems, HVAC controls, or related construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BAS platforms (Siemens, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Tridium Niagara, Distech, Alerton, or similar).
• Experience reading mechanical, electrical, and controls drawings.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and controls sequences.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple BAS projects from kickoff through completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, field technicians, engineers, and vendors.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and contract documents.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and profitability.
• Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and closeout packages.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure projects comply with safety standards, quality requirements, and applicable codes.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions to keep projects on schedule.
