Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a BAS Project Manager or similar in mechanical/construction trades.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical or building automation construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Building Automation Controls projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
• Serve as primary client contact to align expectations.
• Control project costs to meet margins.
• Prepare, review, and process change orders and scope changes.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Prepare cost estimates and coordinate purchasing for materials/vendors.
• Perform site visits to verify quality and safety per specs.
• Identify risks early and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Deliver final project documentation, commissioning support, and turnover.
