Job summary

HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking a BAS Project Manager to lead Building Automation Controls projects from kickoff through closeout across our North American operations. You will coordinate design, installation, and commissioning teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates will show strong leadership, robust client-facing communication, and in-depth knowledge of HVAC and building automation processes, capable of managing multiple active projects with precision.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BAS Project Manager or similar in mechanical or controls contracting.

Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrated experience as a BAS Project Manager or similar role in mechanical or controls contracting


• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills


• Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, or building automation construction processes


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple active projects


• Experience with both Design-Build and Plan & Spec environments is preferred
