Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BAS installers in installation and maintenance of BAS systems.

• Train and mentor new team members on installation techniques.
• Ensure work aligns with safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and budgets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used and time spent.
• Provide client updates and address questions or concerns.
