Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of HVAC controls, BAS hardware, sensors, actuators, and related electrical components.
• Supervise, train, and assign tasks to installation crews following safety and quality standards.
• Oversee material use, labor productivity, and workflow efficiency on active job sites.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, inspectors, and clients to resolve field issues.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections to maintain compliance.
• Document daily site activities, material usage, and crew hours.
• Perform quality assurance checks and confirm system functionality upon installation.
• Submit project updates and maintain documentation for scope changes or field modifications.

• Status: Full-Time | On-Site | Project-Based Travel Required
• Pay: $35/hr – $45/hr (Depending on Experience)
