A Montana-based construction firm is seeking a Lead BAS/Controls Installer to join their team. In this role, you’ll lead a team of installation technicians in the Gallatin Valley and occasionally at job sites throughout Montana. What You'll Actually Do:

• Install and wire BAS controllers, sensors, actuators, and field devices
• Supervise the installation of building automation systems
• Install, terminate and test low voltage cabling.
• Supervise and mentor installation crews as the team grows.
• Coordinate with personnel, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient job site.
• Support system commissioning, start-up, and owner training.
• Attend training to stay up to date on products and systems.
• Document as-builts and installation changes accurately.

To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:

• 5+ years of BAS/Controls or low-voltage temperature control system installation.
• Able to bend and install conduit up to 1” in diameter
• Strong knowledge of DDC systems and BAS platforms (Johnson Controls, Delta).
• Ability to work independently and lead small teams.
• Valid driver's license; OSHA 10/30 preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.

Where and How Much:

• Target Pay $75/hour DOE
• Employer pays 100% of premiums for employees & dependents
