Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a BAS Install Technician to install and commission low-voltage building automation and HVAC control systems on commercial facilities, with emphasis on military bases. You will work on-site under the supervision of a site superintendent, coordinating with the project team to meet schedules and quality standards.

This contract-to-hire role in Frederick, MD requires hands-on installation, wiring, conduit work, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with building automation and HVAC controls.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints.
• Willingness to travel full-time to multiple states.
• Strong commitment to safety on job sites.
• Experience with military installations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install low-voltage building automation and HVAC control systems.
• Travel full-time to multiple states for installation work.
• Install conduit and wiring for control systems.
• Install and wire control panels and sensors.
• Read blueprints to plan installations.
• Coordinate with site superintendent and project team to meet schedules and quality.
