Job summary

Jobot is seeking a BAS/HVAC Controls Specialist in Philadelphia, PA for a permanent on-site role. You will install, program, troubleshoot, start up and commission commercial HVAC control systems, primarily with Siemens, Honeywell and Tridium Niagara platforms, collaborating with contractors, engineers and clients to ensure reliable operation and smooth turnover.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in building automation/HVAC controls, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel to project

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Building automation/HVAC controls field experience.
• Clean driving record and willingness to be in the field at project sites.
• Experience with BAS platforms: Johnson Controls, Automated Logic, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Distech, Trane, Delta Controls, or other.
• Experience with school, university, healthcare, industrial and/or other large commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Install, program, troubleshoot, start up and commission commercial HVAC control systems.

• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, project teams and customers to ensure system operation and turnover.

Job Details

As a BAS Specialist on our team, you will be responsible for installing, programming, troubleshooting, starting up, and commissioning commercial HVAC control systems. The technician will work with Siemens, Honeywell, and Tridium Niagara systems while coordinating with contractors, engineers, project teams, and customers to ensure proper system operation and successful project turnover.

MUST HAVE:

• 2+ years of Building automation/HVAC controls field experience
• Clean driving record and willingness to be in the field at project sites
• Experience with one or more of the following BAS platforms: Johnson Controls, Automated Logic, Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider Electric, Distech, Trane, Delta Controls, or other
• Experience with school, university, healthcare, industrial and/or other large commercial projects

NICE TO HAVE:

• BAS programming/commissioning experience
• Siemens Desigo
• Tridium Niagara N4 (N4 certification is a big bonus)
• Honeywell
• BACnet networking experience
