Jobot is seeking a programmer to join a Pacific Northwest-based team focused on building automation systems for commercial properties. You will develop control algorithms, manage databases, integrate systems, and support project start-ups, training, and documentation for end users.

Requirements include 4+ years in BAS/BMS or HVAC controls and strong programming experience, with familiarity across platforms like Metasys, Delta, Distech, EcoStruxure, Trane, or Automated Logic.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

This Pacific Northwest-based contractor has over three decades of experience specializing in building automation systems for commercial properties. They focus on delivering intuitive, user-friendly solutions designed for ease of learning and operation.

As a programmer on our team, you will be responsible for creating control algorithms, managing system databases, integrating multiple systems, executing project start-ups, and providing training and documentation for end users. We also expect our programmers to have experience in inspecting, testing, adjusting, and repairing automation systems, and modifying programs and graphics.

MUST HAVE:

• 4+ years of building automation (BAS/BMS) or commercial HVAC controls experience
• Strong BAS/BMS programming experience
• Experience with one or more of the following BAS platforms: JCI Metasys, Delta, Distech, Schneider Electric Ecostruxure, Trane, Automated Logic, or other

NICE TO HAVE:

• BS in a related field
• Direct Digital Control (DDC) experience
• LonWorks, BACnet, Modbus
• Tridium Niagara N4 certification
