Job summary

Jobot is seeking a BAS/HVAC Controls Sales Executive in Houston to sell building automation solutions to commercial, industrial, and Gulf Coast facilities. You will leverage our affiliated HVAC company and proven product lines to drive new business and improve energy efficiency.

Expect base plus commission with a comprehensive benefits package; travel within the Houston metro is required as you help build the Houston footprint and deliver measurable energy savings to customers.

Qualifications

• BAS/HVAC Controls industry experience, sales or technical.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the Houston metro.
• Knowledge of HVAC Controls and DDC systems.
• Hunter mentality as we continue to grow the market.
• Owner-direct sales (nice to have).
• KMC experience (nice to have).
• Experience selling service or monitoring agreements (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Sell building automation solutions to commercial, industrial and Gulf Coast energy-sector facilities.
• Leverage leads from affiliated HVAC company to win new business.
• Travel within the Houston metro as needed and build the Houston market.

BAS/HVAC Controls Sales Executive

$90000 - $110000 per year | Houston, TX | On-site | Permanent

Sell building automation solutions that cut energy costs for commercial, industrial and Gulf Coast energy-sector facilities, backed by an established HVAC sister company, a proven open-protocol product line and a team expanding its Houston footprint.

We design, install, and service building management systems, mostly along the Gulf Coast. Our customers are commercial buildings, industrial plants, and energy-sector sites, and most of them come to us to lower their utility bills and get better control of their equipment. We’re affiliated with a mechanical contractor that’s been around a long time, so there’s a solid customer base behind us.
