The role includes troubleshooting, project participation, and creating technical documentation, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• 3 years of experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in building controls automation or HVAC industry preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Manage WIP Service Orders from generation through completion.
• Remotely troubleshoot BAS issues and communicate resolution.
• Design panel/network layouts and wiring diagrams.
