Job summary

A national BAS controls firm is seeking a BAS controls technician/engineer to provide technical sales support across the Western US. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC controls, a degree in engineering or related field, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include delivering sales support, assisting with technical specifications, and developing software configurations. This role requires travel of approximately 50%, with a mix of office and on-site work environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC control systems, technical sales, or application engineering.
• Familiarity with Niagara AX/N4 is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical sales support via phone and email.
• Review project specifications and recommend solutions.
• Assist with application design, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Develop application software and system configurations.
• Provide training sessions to customers.
• Travel as required (approx. 50%).
