Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of facilities, construction trades experience.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BAS, HVAC, utility, environmental monitoring and critical facility systems.
• Respond to alarms and abnormal conditions per procedures.
• Troubleshoot BAS controllers, PLCs, sensors, actuators, field devices, and networks.
• Coordinate maintenance with mechanics, engineers, vendors, and contractors.
• Perform preventive maintenance, testing, software updates, and calibration.
• Maintain BAS graphics, alarms, schedules, logs, backups and access records.
• Provide technical guidance and training to operations personnel.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance programs.
