Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years in building automation, which can supersede a degree.
• 4+ years in BAS controls or BAS management systems.
• 4+ years producing BAS submittals.
• 4+ years with AutoCAD and/or Visio.
• 2+ years designing HVAC control sequences and equipment selection.
• 2+ years generating and managing RFIs.
• Proficient at reading/creating layout drawings for installation.
• Experience with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners.
• Experience developing Bills of Materials (BOM).
