Job summary
Electrical Automation Services, Inc. is seeking a BAS Controls Technician for its Salisbury, Maryland branch. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Tridium Niagara frameworks and Honeywell building automation systems, as well as a strong background in HVAC systems. Responsibilities include programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting advanced building automation systems. Qualifications
3–5 years of experience with Tridium Niagara (AX or N4) and Honeywell BAS systems.
Strong understanding of mechanical HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, and AHUs.
Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and resolve BAS issues.
Responsibilities
Program and modify building automation systems using Tridium Niagara.
Conduct onsite commissioning including point‑to‑point checkout.
Diagnose and repair HVAC control systems and BAS networks.
