Job summary

LONG Building Technologies, Inc. is seeking a DDC/BAS Controls Technician I for new construction in Littleton, CO. The role focuses on troubleshooting and programming temperature control systems in commercial HVAC projects and supporting installation, warranty, and emergency procedures.

The position offers hourly pay ranging from $33.00 to $40.18 plus potential profit sharing, reflecting experience in building automation and field service. Local travel and full benefits are provided.

Qualifications

1 year temperature control system start-up, checkout, and service experience.
Ability to legally drive a company vehicle.
High aptitude for computer systems or mechanical systems.
Knowledge of HVAC, control systems, building automation, electrical systems, energy management, engineering, installation, and construction procedures.

Responsibilities

Program databases for all supported systems to meet sequences of operation.
Calibrate and check-out control systems and ensure commissioning requirements are met.
Create control graphics and provide GUIs per LONG standards.
Instruct customer personnel on operation and maintenance of temperature control systems.
Provide information to update drawings and maintain as-built records.
Advises service sales manager of additional sales potential and supports start-up and owner training tasks.
Other duties as assigned.
