Job summary

LONG Building Technologies, Inc. is seeking a DDC/BAS Service Tech Lead in Colorado Springs, CO. You will act as a technical leader, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of temperature control systems, while guiding other technicians and coordinating with service operations and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of temperature control system startup, checkout, and service experience or 5+ years in the field.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle.
• Strong programming and troubleshooting skills with BAS equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex temperature control systems on site.
• Lead and train junior technicians on maintenance and service tasks.
• Communicate with customers to explain issues and recommended solutions.
• Ensure safety and code compliance across projects.
