Control Concepts Ohio, LLC is seeking a BAS Checkout Technician to start-up and troubleshoot automation systems for commercial HVAC projects. You will work on air distribution, chill water, and boiler controls while collaborating with project management and field teams.

The role emphasizes learning Reliable Controls methods, applying Niagara proficiency, and delivering superior customer service in an in-person Ohio setting. A strong communication mindset is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required; Technical Associates preferred.
• Technical aptitude and strong communication skills are essential.
• Knowledge in HVAC control concepts, HVAC equipment, electrical, and controls installation is a plus.
• Experience with Tridium Niagara and/or Niagara Level 1 Certification is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Start-up and troubleshoot automation control systems for HVAC and related equipment.
• Assist with replacement, renovation, or retrofit of building HVAC systems.
• Maintain communication with the PM and team to ensure customer service excellence.
• Learn and adopt Reliable Controls product lines and installation methods.
• Ensure proper documentation and checkout procedures for all hardware.
