Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a BAS Service Technician to support commercial buildings across Greater Richmond and Northern Virginia.

You will troubleshoot BAS, DDC, and HVAC controls in customer sites and perform service, repair, and startup of control systems. This field-based role offers a company vehicle, sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay, health benefits, and ongoing training with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BAS, DDC, HVAC controls service or related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex controls issues and interpret schematics.
• Familiarity with building automation platforms and communication protocols.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and resolve BAS, DDC, and HVAC controls issues across commercial facilities.
• Diagnose problems with controllers, sensors, actuators, wiring, and system communications.
• Service, repair, commission, and start up building automation and HVAC control systems.
• Work with HVAC equipment including AHUs, RTUs, VAV systems, and related gear.
• Interpret control drawings, electrical schematics, and sequences of operation.
• Identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and improve system performance.
• Collaborate with customers and facility teams to resolve service issues.
• Document service activities and provide technical guidance.
