Job summary

Addison Group in Houston, TX is seeking a Controls Project Manager BAS to lead BAS projects from concept to completion. You will drive project execution, support sales efforts, and oversee multiple concurrent projects ensuring successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Building Automation Systems experience.
• Experience with control systems: Automated Logic, Siemens Desigo, Distech, or Tridium/Niagara.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships concurrently.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, and building automation equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to achieve financial and project goals.
• Manage BAS projects from conceptualization through completion.
• Identify and elevate project issues promptly.
• Estimate and support sale of BAS construction projects and COs.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Coordinate materials, manpower, and schedules across projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Participate in sales meetings and assist with client engagement.
