Job summary

Citrin Cooperman is seeking a seasoned BAS Bookkeeper to manage books and records for multiple clients in our Business Advisory Solutions team. You will handle write-ups on weekly to annual cycles, perform reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll processing, and payroll tax filings for diverse client needs.

Ideal candidates bring at least five years of full-charge bookkeeping experience in a professional services setting, strong Excel skills, QuickBooks Desktop/Online proficiency, and meticulous,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
• Experience in a professional services organization preferred.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, basic financial reporting, and payroll filing requirements.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills, detail-oriented.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to multiple clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle books and records for multiple small to mid-sized clients with various write-up/reporting needs.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and AP/AR processing.
• Process timesheets and payroll; prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax returns.
• Prepare Sales and Use Tax, BPOL, and Personal Property Tax filings.
• Produce monthly cash flow statements and assist with client communications.
