Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience installing and maintaining Building Automation Systems (BAS).
Valid CT E2 or L6 license.
Experience with low voltage wiring, system start-up, and troubleshooting is essential.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and system specifications.

Responsibilities

Mount and install BAS components including sensors, thermostats, and controllers.
Install conduit, low voltage wiring, and perform terminations per project specs.
Conduct system start-ups, verify proper operation, and calibrate components.
Troubleshoot and repair BAS components, wiring, and controls.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to ensure timely installations.
Communicate with clients and provide status updates on progress.
Follow safety protocols and comply with local electrical codes.
