Aspens Signature Steaks in Marietta, GA is seeking an experienced Bartender for a part-time role to deliver elevated service in a fast-paced, fine-dining setting. You will craft cocktails, wine pairings, and craft beverages while ensuring guest satisfaction in a warm, upscale environment.

Join a professional team, handle cash and POS transactions, and participate in opening/closing duties. Must be 21+ and able to work evenings/weekends with Georgia alcohol compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience preferred.
• Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills; team-oriented demeanor.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet Georgia alcohol service requirements and be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty beverages.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on spirits, wine pairings, and menu items.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and create memorable guest interactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Accurately handle cash, tabs, and POS transactions.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards during each shift.
• Stay knowledgeable about seasonal cocktails, featured wines, and menu updates.
