Brothers Sports Bar & Grille in Dracut, MA is seeking a part-time experienced Bartender/Server. You’ll be the face of the restaurant, taking orders, answering menu questions, and serving food and drinks to guests.

This is a tip-based position with potential for advancement, with a friendly, detail-oriented teammate who can work Sundays. Applicants should have 2–3 years of server or bartender experience, strong communication, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous 2-3 years of experience as a server or bartender.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be TIPS Certified.

Job Summary We are seeking a part-time experienced Bartender/Server to join the BSB&G team in Dracut, MA! The Bartender/Server is the face of our restaurant and plays an integral role in our customer’s dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve food & drinks. This is a tip-based position offering an opportunity to make a lot of money!

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, has fantastic attention to detail and needs to be available on Sundays.
