Job summary

Hartland Brewing Company Llc is seeking an experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. The Bartender/Server is the face of our restaurant and helps create an exceptional dining experience by answering menu questions, taking orders, and serving food and drinks.

The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and attentive to detail, with prior server experience preferred and strong communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server is preferred.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
