Job summary

Red Robin in Arvada is seeking bartenders to deliver exceptional guest service, be efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverages. This role is part of the Front of House team, so great customer service and communication are essential. Prior bartending, bar back, or server experience is preferred.

You will be paid a base rate of $12.14 per hour plus tips; hourly base pay will not be less than the applicable minimum wage. The position requires you to be 21 or older.

Bartender Pay Rate: $12.14 + TipsRed Robin bartenders also earn variable tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage).

Bartenders:

In addition to base pay you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips. Prior experience in bartending, bar back, or server roles is preferred.

Other Types of Compensation :

Tips, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).

Paid Time Off : 0.0192 hours for each 1 hour worked (after 1+ years of service, 35+ Hours/week).
