Job description

Position Overview

Bartender at Red Robin, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service with efficiency, confidence, and a personable approach. Expertise in beverages is required.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $12.14 per hour, plus tips.
• Tips: Variable, ensuring hourly pay is not less than the applicable minimum wage.
• Other compensation includes referral bonuses and an Employee Stock Purchase Program available after at least one year of service and 20+ hours per week.
