Job description

Summary: Responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy the Wild Eagle Experience by preparing and serving cocktails, describing our beer selections and delivery process, handling food items in the bar area, and managing currency transactions. Performs the following duties:

• Greets and serves guests professionally and promptly.
• Prepares alcoholic, non-alcoholic, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Prepares garnishes and condiments for drink orders.
• Records food and beverage orders into the computer system.
• Possesses knowledge of the full menu, beverages, restaurant hours, and payment methods.
• Maintains cleanliness of the bar, including wiping, debris disposal, and glass washing.
• Monitors stock of glassware, beverages, and supplies; reports shortages.
• Assists with answering phones and taking messages when possible.
• Records currency transactions accurately and provides correct change.
• Processes charge transactions and submits daily reports to management.
• Completes opening and closing duties to ensure efficient bar operation.
• Immediately reports health and safety concerns to management.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
