Job summary

West Side Social in Pella, IA, is hosting open interviews starting March 31 from 10am to 6pm for customer-service minded team members. Prior bartending experience of at least one year in a high-volume setting is required to ensure high-quality guest service and drink preparation.

West Side Social is coming to Pella in Spring 2025! We will be holding Open Interviews starting 3/31 10am-6pm. Monday - Friday
We are looking for customer service minded employees to take great care of our guests while making drinks. Previous bartending experience for at least 1 year in a high volume setting is necessary.
