West Side Social in Pella, IA is hiring staff to deliver memorable guest experiences at Centro. Open interviews run from 3/31 10am-6pm, Monday–Friday, at our location. The role focuses on assisting guests and ensuring their first impression of Centro is outstanding.

We value excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a guest-first attitude. PM and weekend availability is required; the starting hourly rate is $15, with DOE. Join a friendly team with room to grow.
