Job summary

MGM National Harbor is seeking a Bartender to craft great drinks and deliver memorable guest experiences at our walk-up bars. The role requires energy, connection with guests, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

You will prepare and serve beverages, maintain bar stock and cleanliness, ring in orders, and assist guests with recommendations while upholding safety and service standards.

• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and service standards for our walk-up bars.
• Deliver exceptional guest service in a fun and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, brands, beers, wines and specialty beverages.
• Accurately ring in orders and manage cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and appearance of the bar and work areas.
• Monitor and replenish inventory to keep the bar stocked and guest-ready.
• Assist guests with recommendations and local attractions; mentor Apprentice Bartenders and Bar Porters.
