• Informing customers about beverages and specials and upselling where appropriate.
• Knowledge of all menu items, contents and preparation methods to answer questions.
• Selecting, mixing, garnishing and serving beverages to customers.
• Check identification and ensure legal age for alcohol service.
• Handle cash, credit and debit transactions and balance cash register.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages according to laws.
