Job summary

Tune-Up by Four Entertainment Group is hiring a bartender with 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume bar. You will work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team—while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Position offers part-time and full-time opportunities with bonuses like employee discounts, medical/dental/vision/Life for full-time staff, and a 401(k) with company match after one year.

Qualifications

• Craft cocktail experience is a must.
• Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware.
• Great communication skills.
• Be a good teammate.
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable.
• Keep a clean workspace.
• Must be proficient with POS systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide great guest experiences in a high-volume bar setting.
• Prepare and serve cocktails with quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and comply with safety standards.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and certain holidays.
