Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group seeks a part-time bartender in Beloit, WI. You will take drink orders, craft cocktails, and provide friendly service to guests in a bustling setting.

You will work to ensure fast, accurate service, maintain the bar area, handle payments, and contribute to a positive guest experience each shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience making classic cocktails.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Legible handwriting and strong customer service and communication.
• Valid Operator's License.

Responsibilities

• Take customers' drink orders and assist with beverage selections.
• Prepare and serve drinks following brand guidelines and safety policies.

YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As the Bartender, you will serve and present great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, creating and presenting order selections, and maintain a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Take customers’ food and drink orders
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered to each table in a timely manner
• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
• Control allocated guest checks by following established check‑use procedures and legibly documenting all required information as the customer’s order is taken and processed
• Process payments from guests and ensures accuracy of guest check and method of payment in order to safeguard customer and company
• Comply with all state and local liquor regulations
• Create a pleasurable dining experience for all of our guests

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have experience in making classic cocktails
• You possess basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count change back to customer)
• You have legible handwriting, strong customer service skills and oral communication skills
• You have a valid Operator's License

YOU’LL STAND OUT IF YOU BRING

• You have one year of bartending experience (preferred)
• You have wine experience and/or certification

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
