The Post Oak is seeking a Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences with courteous and professional service. You will prepare beverages per spec, discover guest needs, and handle food orders for both dine-in and to-go.

A strong bar knowledge, accurate cash handling, and a team-first attitude are essential. This on-site role requires 21+ years of age, weekend/holiday availability, and the ability to stand and move for long periods.

Qualificações

• 1 year of bartending experience.
• 1 year of food serving experience preferred.
• Record of delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
• Must be available for various shifts including early morning, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
• Team Player with a guest first attitude.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions.
• Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals.
• Take food orders for sit down and to-go orders.
• Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation.
• Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware, etc.
• Keep an accurate count of money and comps; follow cash handling policies.
