Job summary

Southern Proper Hospitality Group is seeking an energetic bartender to join Tin Lizzy’s team in a fast-paced dining environment. You will mix drinks, serve guests, and contribute to a fun, guest-focused experience while representing the brand with professionalism.

The role requires ServSafe Alcohol certification, a positive attitude, excellent communication, and flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays. Attractive employee discounts and benefits support a healthy work-life balance.

What You'll Be Doing

Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while providing an exceptional dining experience, and providing the entire restaurant with alcoholic beverages. This includes:

• Providing exceptional hospitality.
• Pouring drinks and serving food from behind the bar.
• Knowledge of our food and beverage menus.

Requirements

What We Require of You

• Must have ServSafe Alcohol certification prior to the first day of work (easy to get one if you don't already have it!)
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work the hours dictated by the business and schedule set in place by the Manager; Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be necessary
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow regulations regarding age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
