Job summary

Southern Proper Hospitality Group is seeking a friendly bartender to join Tin Lizzy’s team in a fast-paced bar environment. You will pour drinks, provide hospitality, and help guests enjoy a fun dining experience with a strong emphasis on teamwork and brand standards.

Must have ServSafe Alcohol certification and be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. We offer employee discounts, benefits and referral bonuses. Join a collaborative team focused on great food and margaritas.

What You'll Be Doing

Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while providing an exceptional dining experience, and providing the entire restaurant with alcoholic beverages. This includes:

• Providing exceptional hospitality.
• Pouring drinks and serving food from behind the bar.
• Knowledge of our food and beverage menus.
• Working knowledge of cocktails, mixing techniques, and quality control
• Having a great attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
• Maintaining standards of food quality, food safety, personal safety, and cleanliness

Requirements

What We Require of You

• Must have ServSafe Alcohol certification prior to the first day of work (easy to get one if you don't already have it!)
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work the hours dictated by the business and schedule set in place by the Manager; Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be necessary
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow regulations regarding age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
