About The Smith
The Smith is an extremely popular casual neighborhood brasserie – in fact, several of our locations are among the Top 100 busiest restaurants in the US! The menu features bistro classics, seasonal fare, and craft cocktails. Our signature lively atmosphere makes The Smith a versatile setting for an after-work bite, drinks on the town, a birthday bash, a working lunch, a bountiful brunch, or an I-don’t-want-to-cook-tonight night.

The Position: Bartender

• Welcome each guest who sits at the bar.
• Guide guests through their experience by offering specials, recommending cocktails, and providing suggestions.
• Say yes! Always try to find a way to accommodate a request.
• Pay special attention to the bar and ensure that it is always clean.
• Prepare beverages for guests at the bar and guests in the dining room following standard recipes.
• Maintain a responsible service of alcohol.
• Uphold company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members.
• Observe the entire dining experience ensuring that every meal and every moment exceeds expectations.
• Full-time open availability is required.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $16/hr + Tips
