The Lackman in Cincinnati is hiring a bartender with 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume bar. Join our team to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome crew.

We offer both part-time and full-time roles with flexible hours, craft cocktail focus, knowledge of wine and beer, and a supportive team that keeps a clean, buzzing workspace. Proficiency with POS, safety compliance, and reliability are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Craft cocktail experience is a must.
• Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware.
• Be a good teammate.
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable.
• Keep a clean workspace.
• Must be proficient with POS systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred.
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays.

The Lackman is now hiring a Bartender with 1-2 years of experience bartending in a high-volume bar. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team!

The Lackman is a one of-a-kind bar experience. It is located on the first floor of the Lackman building, built by turn-of-the-century Cincinnati brewer Herman Lackman, and the bar’s signage reflects the original label he used on his beer bottles. It includes a full bar with a diverse beer selection including 14 beers on tap and over 30 bottled beers covering crafts, imports and domestics, as well as an eclectic wine selection.
