Job summary

Japp's in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Bartender with 1-2 years of bartending in a high-volume bar. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Join our team to make great money, have fun, and contribute to an awesome guest experience.

Ideal candidates will be strong communicators with a hospitality mindset, capable of multitasking, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, and beer is required; POS proficiency is a must.

Qualifications

• Must have craft cocktail experience and knowledge of wine/beer styles.
• Be reliable, accountable and a strong teammate.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
• Proficient with POS systems and cash handling.
• Two plus years in high-volume bartending preferred.
• Alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required.

Japp's is now hiring a Bartender with 1-2 years of experience bartending in a high-volume bar. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team!

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:

• Craft cocktail experience is a must
• Knowledge of wine and beer styles and appropriate glassware
• Be a good teammate
• Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
• Keep a clean workspace
• Must be proficient with POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Two or more years of high-volume bartending experience preferred
• Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
