White Lodging at Kimpton Santo in San Antonio, TX is seeking a bartender to provide exceptional guest service, craft beverages, and maintain a clean, efficient bar. You will help ensure beverage quality, assist guests with menu knowledge, and support a collaborative team environment.

We value an outgoing, detail-focused person with a positive attitude. Previous bartending is a plus but not required, and long hours including weekends may be needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality service to guests with personal connections.
• Maintain clean bar and complete daily upkeep tasks.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and garnishes; answer questions.
• Ensure satisfaction with food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and a safe work environment.
• Check IDs and monitor to prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive suggestions, and engaging surroundings.
• Maintain high cleaning standards of the bar and complete daily cleaning and side work.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes; accurately answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to creating a friendly and safe work environment.
• Check identification of all guests and monitor beverage consumption to prevent overservice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
