White Lodging seeks an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team in Raleigh. You’ll craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale bar environment.

Your talent will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and attended to. With knowledge of drink recipes and mixology, you’ll ensure quality beverages, maintain a clean station, and support guests through efficient service.

Qualificações

• Experience in bartending in hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar.
• Knowledge of cocktails and responsible alcohol service.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality bar service to guests and build connections through friendly conversation and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, ingredients, and garnishes; answer guest questions confidently.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of beverages and related offerings.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and complete end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service and comply with liquor laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

White Lodging is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team! As part of a hospitality company operating premium hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants across top U.S. cities, you'll craft cocktails, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and thrive in a high-energy, upscale bar environment. Whether you're a seasoned hotel bartender or an ambitious bartending professional ready to grow, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service to all guests — building personal connections through friendly conversation, intuitive drink recommendations, and a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station; complete daily bar cleaning and side work to health and safety standards
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the full cocktail menu, beer and wine selections, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes — confidently answering guest questions
• Ensure consistent food and beverage quality and presentation that meets guest expectations every time
• Accurately process all payment methods — cash, card, and digital — and complete end-of-shift reconciliation
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a safe, positive work environment
• Card all guests and monitor responsible alcohol service to prevent overservice and ensure liquor law compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous bartending experience — hotel, restaurant, or rooftop bar backgrounds a plus;
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
