Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an energetic bartender for Tarpon Tiki Bar at South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, FL. This full-time role supports an outdoor pool bar and cross-training opportunities across other outlets to deliver memorable guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of bartending in high-volume settings, strong guest-service skills, and a flexible schedule. Compensation starts at $12.00 per hour plus tips, with a benefit-rich workplace.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of bartending experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, or high-volume bar preferred.
  • Experience preparing craft cocktails, signature beverages, and premium spirits is strongly preferred.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and guest service skills.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with warmth and engage them to deliver exceptional hospitality.
  • Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Keep bar clean, organized, and stocked; restock as needed.
  • Accurately process transactions using the POS system and handle cash.
  • Assist with opening/closing duties and ensure safety and sanitation standards.

This full-time position is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while preparing handcrafted cocktails, specialty beverages, and classic drinks in a fun, fast-paced resort environment.The ideal candidate thrives in an outdoor setting, enjoys building connections with guests, and takes pride in creating memorable vacation experiences through outstanding hospitality.
