Position Summary

Prepares all alcoholic beverages for guests and venue servers. Actively takes orders, conducts full and complete food/beverage service, and monitors guests' bar/dining experience. Interacts with guests, team members, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality.

Essential Functions

• Anticipate and accommodate guest needs
• Provide professional and exceptional service
• Present menus, answer questions, and suggest food and beverage items
• Inform guests of specials and prices
• Solicit allergy or dietary restrictions from guests
• Accurately enter orders into POS system and process payments
• Ensure delivery of food and beverages to guests
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and venue
• Organize liquor displays and maintain par levels
• Follow supervisor instructions and support team members
• Possess in-depth knowledge of menus and company policies
• Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with regulations and standards
• Comply with sanitation standards
• Complete end-of-shift financial procedures
• Communicate guest needs to support staff and management
• Set up and close bar stations, perform side-work

Management Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness of the bar area
• Set up bar with proper equipment
• Wipe down surfaces and stock supplies
• Perform opening and closing side-work

Additional Tasks

Report equipment damage, participate in meetings, share knowledge, maintain professionalism, and assist with additional duties as assigned.
