Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Bartender at the Virginia Beach location to deliver high-quality beverage service in a fast-paced bar environment. You will set up the bar, prepare and serve drinks, and manage payments while ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

You will work with the Food and Beverage team under the Bar Manager, maintaining cleanliness and inventory, and assisting servers when needed to provide warm hospitality to all guests.

Qualifications

• Receives and prepares drink orders; takes orders accurately and communicates with guests.
• Rings orders into cash register and handles payments and tips.

• Orders with kitchen and relays special instructions to cooks when needed.
• Advises guests of daily specials and beverages; provides attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction.
